Sample Blaze Aspect Report
With any videocard, you can add Blaze Aspects. For a small fee, based on the number of individuals in your email distribution list, we will send out your videocard’s dedicated web address. You will then receive weekly reports on who has viewed the card and when so that you can prepare your own internal analysis based on whatever factors you currently maintain on those in your email list. How Does Blaze Work?

Blaze is designed with the utmost flexibility in mind as every organization has different objectives and strategies as it relates to reaching out to its important constituents. The central element, though, is the same for all campaigns.

• First, we work with you to design the graphic elements of your video card including your logo, color scheme, text/photo layout and other elements that you want. You may use our graphic designers or your own in-house group.
• Second, we discuss your video’s objectives and, if you need further assistance, we can help you with your script as well. We will then arrange for a videographer to be on-site to shoot your video.
• Third, the video is professionally edited to have the greatest impact on your audience. This is then converted into a format that is easily viewable on the internet with no need by your audiences to download any video player.
• Fourth, we give you a dedicated web address that you can send out yourself or, through Blaze Aspects, we can send it out to your email group and give you robust data on who viewed your message.
• Fifth, if you choose, we will also distribute your video through other third-party sources such as iTunes®, YouTube®, and others to provide reach even beyond your immediate email list.

How Much Does it Cost?

Blaze is entirely flexible for your particular needs and budget. The basic package includes:

• One hour of design time by Image Spark’s graphics team
• A maximum length of five minutes for your video
• Professional editing including basic scene transitions and text
• On-site professional videotaping (extra charge based on length of time on-site)
• Uploading to other online video distribution sites such as iTunes®, YouTube®, and others as they are appropriate for your message and audience.

You may purchase this package one videocard at a time or if you decide to select a multi-video package, the cost is less on a per videocard basis. If you want to invest even more into your message, it can easily be done by including more design elements, using our script writing assistance, making the video longer, adding multi-site videography, and including more sophisticated editing.
